Rebecca Brothers

Rebecca Brothers has worked in learning and development for 16 years. Currently working for a large multinational retailer where she is a successful trainer and facilitator and also passing her skills as a trainer onto others. She has effectively navigated the global project world as a Learning Developer, adding guest lecturing to her skills where she relates learning and development theory to the world of work and addresses common challenges in this field. In her spare time, she enjoys teaching Pilates.
